I’m very grateful to have spent the first six years of my career at the AAA 5 Diamond Four Seasons Resort in Carlsbad, California, where I built the fundamentals and discipline that still shape everything I do.
I build complexity with intention
I love using the same ingredient across multiple elements—roasted, pureed, crisped, or infused—so each course feels layered, cohesive, and deeply flavorful.
